Took a bit to figure out the right positioning, but once I got it set on my strap, the don/doff is so much quicker. It also keeps my Slingster webbing neatly out of the way when I'm climbing back into the vehicle, which is exactly what I needed.

The metal G-hook glides smoothly over 1-inch webbing, which makes stowing my sling strap in the vehicle way less fumbling than the old buckle setup. It’s a subtle upgrade but it clicks into place with a satisfying snap every time.

Swapped out the plastic buckle on my left strap for this and it makes getting in and out of the rig way smoother, especially with gloves on. The metal hook clicks in clean and holds the 1" webbing tight when I route my sling through it for vehicle work.
