The radio sits tight in this pouch without flopping around, and it still swallows two AR mags and an IFAK without bulging out too far. Stitching feels solid, and the 4-inch profile sits flush against my carrier. Exactly what I needed.

William ★★★★★ Aug 18, 2026

The interior layout is genuinely thought out—my bulky radio sits snug while two mags stay secure without rattling around. Even loaded with medical gear, the 4-inch profile keeps everything tight against my carrier. Solid buy.

Jacob ★★★★★ Aug 17, 2026

The 4" width is perfect for my setup — I've got my radio and two mags packed in there and it still sits flat against my carrier. The layout makes sense, easy to grab the medical stuff without pulling everything out, and the stitching feels solid through a few range days.
